I got a new sodastream carbonator. The plus is no more bottles from the store, water from the tap. The minus is carbonation doesn't last too long, refill canisters are pricey, and supposedly customer service is bad. I am using fruit juice and some flavored syrups to add a bit of flavor to my drinks.

A few comments about your SodaStream home soda maker. First, if your carbonation is not lasting a long time or as fizzy as you like it, something is wrong with the machine or with how you're doing it. Please call customer service and they'll talk you through it in a few seconds. We now have a 24/7 customer service line! Refills ordered online cost you less than 30 cents per liter...much less than sparkling water from the store. Or you can exchange at a local retailer. Check our website for your nearest local retailer that stocks exchanges. Thanks for being a customer!
